I can not run the process

Facing this kind of error message, the first thing you must do is to verify the status of the Bizagi Standard Service Operations Service. In this specific case, the message is asking to verify if the Bizagi Engine Operations Service is running.

You can do this through the windows services, typing services.msc after typing the Windows/Start button, also after typing Run (Windows Key+R) or in a command prompt.

If these services are not running please restart them and try to run your process again.
