How to model a process deployed for many countries ?

I encounter a big limitation with Bizagi . My company is based in many countries with many sites:

Process for countries can be different, If you take the onboarding process for example, you will find this process in all the countries, but each country is different because the welcoming message is different, or the map to get access to the site is different etc...

Today this is impossible to manage and design this properly. (duplicate process is not a solution)

A new major feature should be available to design what we face in reality.

I propose a solution in the attached file.
