how to increase the maximum limits of the diagram?

Thank you for letting us know your questions. There most likely is a limit in the total size of a diagram (as it is with the limit of characters for the text in each element). Now, to answer your question, there is no feature to increase the limits of a diagram once you've reach its maximum size, so we apologize for this inconvenience.
