how to create hyperlinks between diagrams?
Hi,
Is it possible to create a hyperlink to other
diagrams within a diagram?
E.g. if you have diagrams which contain sub-processes – is it
possible, when the user clicks on the sub-process, for them to automatically
jump to the diagram?
The reason I ask is because I am mapping our company’s
business processes and, because the process is so large and complex, there are many diagrams which are inter-connected.
It would be helpful to users if, when reviewing a diagram,
they could click a link which would automatically take them to the connected
diagram.
Thanks kindly for any help.
Dear Zaneb,
Yes, There is a way to link the main process to sub-processes. Please follow this article: http://help.bizagi.com/processmodeler/en/index.html?converting_to_reusabe_sub-proc.htm

Dear Juan, I couldn't solve the problem.
I wanted to give the user the possibility to go to a specific process by clicking on the box of that process, when he/she is visualizing the pdf published diagram. Is that possible?
Thanks in advance
Hi Joao,
We apologise for the late reply. I understand that the situation may have changed. To answer your question, I am sorry but the export to PDF will not create hyperlinks on the activity in the PDF file. You will need to use the export to web option described above and in this page: http://help.bizagi.com/process-modeler/en/index.html?publish_to_web.htm, to create an interactive web page.
I hope this satisfies the requirement you have.
Kind regards,
David Foster
