Formatting lost when publishing to Word

When I publish to Word I lose all the formatting I added in Bizagi.

Multilevel lists appear as one level of plain text, e.g.

here is what it looks like in word

Out-Of-Cycle Payments (OOC)

1. Out of cycle payment are processed ad hoc and not as a standard practice.

2. An OOC will be processed when:

1. There has been a payroll processing error; or

2. An employee has terminated after the pay period has been finalised;

3. At the request of management.

3. c. An OOC will not be processed if:

1. An employee fails to provide a timesheet by the payroll deadline and receives no payment;

2. An employee fails to provide required evidence for an absence and has received LWOP.

Note: (Full processing steps from 1 to 9 are followed even for OOC payments.)

and this is what is in Bizagi

Hyperlinks are now plain text instead of hyperlinks as they used to be.

Looks like to problem is also prevalent in this site as it has also lost all the indentation!

Dear Julie,

Thank you for your comments. We look into the issue you reported, and we found that the most recent version of the Modeler corrects these formatting issue, so you might want to download and install it using the link below.

Also, take into account that whenever you want to publish/export, you need to select all the diagrams of the model, and all the elements within a diagram (both in the panel on the left and the central panel of the export wizard that appears).

Kind regards,

Laura G
