Failed simulation in validation level

Hello

I try to validate my process but it keep failed and I don't know why

I follow the instructions here

I make sure that nothing in not supported in my process diagram but it still failed

the process diagram and the error message are in the tatted files

any help will be appreciated

From the images you attached, we can say that it's possible that the issue with the BPMN compliance is because according to the standard a task cannot take 2 incoming flows, so we would recommend you synchronize the flows using an exclusive gate before the task that is currently receiving 2 flows.
