Extra Swim Lane lines on Map

For some reason I now have a split line between my swim lanes and I cannot remove it. If i move the outside border of the map or the swim lanes the split moves with it. This was not there last time i opened the map.

Ideas? - Screen shot attached

Dear Darrin,

Thank you for letting us know about this issue; we apologize for the inconvenience it might be causing you.

We would like to recommend that you try with the most recent version of the Bizagi Modeler since later on we learned about issues like this one with the 206, and our team has been working on solving them.

Here is the link to download the version 226: https://bizagi.sharefile.com/share/view/s54158eb7f5694315a062949ce104f613

Please, let us know if the issue persists, in which case we will escalate the issue to the development team for a solution.

Kind regards,

Laura G

Hi Laura,

I have installed 226 and the issue still exists on the map and cannot be removed no matter what i try to move. If i move the swim lane the extra line moves with it, if i move the pool edge it moves the line also.

There are three swim lanes, if I select the lanes to highlight the lines they highlight, but the overlap will not move.

Thanks

Dear Darrin,

We are sorry to hear this issue is not solved for you yet. While looking at this issue we learned you (your company) has a paid license with us, so we would like to encourage you to create a support ticket as the Support team will be able to promptly help you solve this.

Here are the steps your company has to follow to create a support ticket: https://help.bizagi.com/bpm-suite/en/index.html?supportguide.htm

We sincerely hope this will be taken care of quickly.

Kind regards,

Laura G

Hi Laura,

I tried to follow the instructions re raising a support ticket but it does not work.

If I follow your instructions when I log in I am presented to the Download Bizagi Page – there is no way to get from there to the support page to log a ticket.

I raised this issue on the community forum a couple of months ago re all the dead ends on your website, looks like nothing has been done to fix it.

If I go to the home page and click on support I get the following error – so I gave up. 403 - Error:: 403 (bizagi.com)

Again, something I raised a couple of months ago and it is still not fixed.

I went to the effort of raising the website issues a couple of months ago and nothing has been done to fix any of it, not good.

If you would like to do a Zoom meeting with your team where i can demonstrate the issues i am happy to do so.

Dear Darrin,

We are sorry for such inconveniences. Please make sure that you are using the email associated directly as the Support Contact when trying to raise a ticket because the one you use for working does not necessarily has the rights to access the Support form, which might be the reason for the 403 error that you are receiving on your side.

if the 403 error is still happening when using the Support contact account, please let me know so that specific issue might be solved internally.

Best regards,

Laura G
