Export Excel - The file has reached maximum rows allowed
After making a query of a process, it brought me a result of approximately 120 thousand rows.
But when I export to excel and get a better analysis, it only brings me 66 thousand rows and the following message at the end "The file has reached the maximum rows allowed. Information that did not enter has been truncated".
How can I adjust this problem to export all results?
Dear Gustavo,
Thank you for letting us know your questions. This appears to be a limit set by the version of Excel you are exporting to.
The following is some information we found about this in the Microsoft website: "When using Excel, it’s important to note which file format you’re using. The .xls file format has a limit of 65,536 rows in each sheet, while the .xlsx file format has a limit of 1,048,576 rows per sheet. For more info, see File formats that are supported in Excel and Excel specifications and limits."
For more information about this, please read the following article: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/what-to-do-if-a-data-set-is-too-large-for-the-excel-grid-976e6a34-9756-48f4-828c-ca80b3d0e15c
So, our recommendation would be to verify the excel extension you are using by default and change it if necessary.
We hope this helps. Let us know if you need further help.
