Error / exception message

I designed a couple of processes in Bizagi and shared it with another colleague. He is getting the below exception:

Exception of type 'Bizagi.Processmodeler.BusinessEntities.Exceptions.EmptyDocumentException' was thrown.

He is not able to open any of the processes unfortanetly.
