Error Charing Diagrams

Hi, I'm having trouble sharing any diagram with my team. I'm using Bizagi Modeler Web. Attached is the print of the error.

Tests performed with newly created diagrams and with more complex bases, resulting in the same error.

Please indicate fix solutions, Thanks!
