Erro ao abrir modelo. Arquivo esta sendo usado

Hello,

Would you please let me know how to recover from the above error (Error opening the model. File is being used.). It is a bpmc, so it might have to do in closing the file but no one is using the model so far. Can anyone help me on that please? What information I may get in order for you to diagnose the problem?

Ok Juan, Thanks for the help ... it was quite a simple issue but the message made me think in a wrong way ... May I suggest the message being something like "File being used or file not found". This issue was not due to a file being used ....
