Embedded sub processes are not included in total completion time
Hi,
I am currently trying to do a time analysis simulation in Bizagi using both tasks and embedded sub processes and have the following problem: Calculating the total completion time Bizagi only considers the tasks but excludes the subprocesses (see attached file).
I would like to simulate the process completion time including the sub processes. Dos someone have an idea how to fix this?

Dear Lisa,
Elements contained in Reusable Sub-processes are not simulated. If you include a Reusable Sub-process in your model you will have to set a overall processing time for the shape. If you want to simulate the logic included within a Sub-process, use Embedded Sub-processes.
