"Edit subprocess" option by default in reusable sub-process even when no diagram is configured

Based on feedback from the community, we have seen that an "edit subprocess" option for the reusable sub-processes should be available even when no sub-process configuration has been set.

In this scenario, by clicking on the "edit subprocess" option, Bizagi would automatically create a blank diagram and associate it to this sub-process shape.

With this feature, the same behaviour and treatment present for sub-processes (of the "embedded type"), would be unified into the reusable sub-processes as well (making their configuration friendlier and more intuitive and guided for our users).
