Download 4.0.0.014 doesn't start, also not after clicking bottom link

Anyone knows how to fix this?

No one in our team has been able to make the download for the newest version start; even though, as a remote company, everyone is in a different network, has a different computer/browser combination etc.

Any ideas where we would be able to find the latest version. We're all on 3.9.0.015 now.
