Documenting step-by-step tasks with results and screenshots

Hello,

My company wants all documentation in Bizagi. This includes the procedure level where I normally use a Word procedure template. When I publish, the document is a link. Is there a way to have it display the contents of the document?

Hello Olivia, which method are you using to export / publish you project. If you use the option Publish to Word, the application will create a .doc document with all the flow information in detail.

Please try that option and let us know if that works for you.

Hello,

I am documenting level 5 with step action tables (transactional level) where each step is a single task, including results and screenshots.

Bizagi is giving me process maps but people doing the work need instructions. How does Bizagi provide the level of information required to actually tell people what they need to do.

I am publishing in Word but attachments publish as links.

Good morning Olivia, when you publish a process flow in Bizagi Modeler, not only the process map is exported to Word, all the information and properties of each artifact should be documented, in order to do that have in mind:

- Right click in each artifact / activity and click in Properties to access to the details (instructions)

- Check publishing properties to be sure all elements and contents are selected for export
