corrupted file

I saved my template in the .bpm file last night, this morning, when trying to open, the following message appeared:

'' The file is invalid or corrupt ''

I tried to recover the file, but I could not, is there any way to recover it?

In order to analyse it, please send a copy of it to modeler@bizagi.com. This information will be treated as strictly confidential and the file will be deleted once it is no longer necessary for support purposes.
