Can't Sign In neither access to elearning platform

I'm having trouble with my session in Bizagi Modeler. I want to sign in with my account but It does not work. It indicates that I don't have Internet connection even though It can be seen te opposite (attached image).

Furthermore, when trying to access to the elearning platform it only directs me to my profile information page but it does not give me access to any course.

What should I do?

Thank you for reaching out to us. We are sorry to hear you are having issues accessing the e-learning platform. Please follow the steps below to solve the access directly in the e-learning website:

As soon as you are redirected to the "edit profile" view, log out using the button on the upper right corner of the screen.

Then, go back to the e-learning main page (http://elearning.bizagi.com/my/) and confirm that you are logged out.

Then, log in using your credentials before trying to access any course.

This should solve the inconvenience you are experiencing. If it still happens, our suggestion is to delete the browser cookies.
