Can't run Bizagi on Windows 8.1

The installation process finishes normally, there are no errors popping up whatsoever during the process, but when I try to run Bizagi for the first time I get this sign (see screenshot).

Hope you can help me since I really need to use Bizagi for college. Thanks in advance!

Edit: forgot to clarify, I'm using a Windows 8.1 x64 fresh install.

In order to best help you to solve your issue, please tell us the full version of Windows. In addition, send us the full message that appears in "Ver Detalles del Problema".

Dear Juan,

Thanks for helping! The full Windows version is Windows 8.1 Professional x64 (got a licence free in my university and did a fresh install). Please see attached the screenshot of what you requested to see.

So far, I tried uninstalling Bizagi, using Ccleaner to clean the registry, and installing Bizagi again (running the installer as Admin), but it didn't work, as I keep finding myself in the same situation as before.

Dear Manuel,

According to our system requirements: http://help.bizagi.com/processmodeler/en/index.html?system_requirements.htm, it should install and run without any problem. Please verify your .Net Framework to be the full version and install/run it with administrative rights.
