Can't Resend Workgroup Invitation
Sent a workgroup invitation, recipient lost email before accepting. Unable to resend invitation, I deleted him from the workgroup "Users in this Subscription" list. Now when I try to send an invitation to the same email address, I get the following error:
The following users have a pending invitation or are already part of the subscription.
xxx.xxx@xxxx.com
How can I correct this?
Dear Doug,
The verification email must expire to enable the "send again" option. We advise looking into the invitation target email (A deep search Inbox, Spam and filtering by words such as "Modeler services" "Workgroup") to accept the invitation. Let us know if this is suitable for you. If it is not the case we will look further into this issue.

The receiver does not have the email - it was deleted and purged. Without the original email, what can I do?
