Can't open my account using bizagi modeler

Hi, I downloaded the last version of bizagi modeler, but when I try to log in using my free account, a problem occurs. I can't complete the login process and the following error happens: "An error occurred while sending the request". Being so, I cannot open or download my projects that are actually in cloud. HELP!!!

Thank you for contacting us. We are sorry this is happening to you. This sometimes happen because of a connectivity issue, oftentimes temporal. So, please try again and let us know if you still have issues connecting your account.

Also, please be mindful that if you have projects saved in Bizagi cloud, a free account will not have access to cloud unless you used to have the Professional or Workgroup license with us, in which case it still not the free account you mentioned.

I have a free account (personal) and I have some projects saved in cloud. I need my projects that are stored in cloud, because I can't login using the Bizagi Modeler application.
