can't close property box

Dear Allen,

Is this Basic Properties window attached regardless if you close and open again Bizagi Modeler?

Have you already tried to re-install Modeler upgrading the most recent version?

If this is the case please follow these guidelines:

1. Close Bizagi Modeler and all associated tasks/processes completely.

2. Go to the path "C:\Users\[USER]\AppData\Local\Bizagi Ltd\Bizagi" and rename the setting.config. Type any different name that you want. (We recommend to save a copy of this file in another secure folder)

3. Open Bizagi Modeler again.
