Cannot Print Multiple Diagrams

I do not get any output when I use the Print Multiple Diagrams feature.

After I click File > Print > Print multiple diagrams, I encounter a "Print multiple diagrams" pop-up window, where I select the diagrams I want to print. I then click the 'Print' button. After that, for a very, VERY brief moment, a "Creating documents" progress indicator appears and then immediately disappears.

According to the Printing large diagrams KB article, I should encounter a 'Print Preview' window next.

Am I missing a step somewhere?
