Cannot open nor save Bizagi files

Hi,

I cannot open files made by Bizagi recently. I cannot save new model neither.

The window shows following message:

Error Loading Model : Access to the path C:\Users\........\Local\Temp\BMP2\.....\Users is denied.

I have an administrator account at my PC (Windows 10, 64bit).

Version 3.4.0.062

Any Ideas?

Dear Jacek,

Please move your file to a different location (e.g., Desktop), then, please delete all the content of the two following paths:

C:\Windows\Temp

C:\Users\andresml\AppData\Local\Temp

And finally. try to open your model from the Desktop and also browsing from the Bizagi Modeler. Please let us know the results.
