Cannot open BPMN 3.8 with version 3.9

I'v got an empty process when i open a process design with the version 3.8.

I got this problem since i upgrade in version 3.9.

i uninstall 3.9 and return to 3.8 and i'v got a blank bpmn now. So i cannot open my process anymore.

Dear Martin,

Looking at what you sent, we are sorry to say that the issue is not just that the elements don't show but that they are completely gone.

We will escalate this to our Product team for them to know an try to figure out a solution.

To understand the issue. The model was originally created using 3.8 and then when opening with 3.9 it was empty, and going back to 3.8 after that still shows an empty model. Is that correct?

We are deeply sorry for these inconveniences and hope this issue will be promptly solved so that it won't happen again.
