I am sorry that you are having this issue. There is a possibility that the application window is being rendered off screen and simply needs to be recentred or moved back to the main monitor screen.
Can you please try the following?
For Windows 10
•Open a BPM file with Bizagi Modeller
•Check that the window is there by using ALT+Tab to activate the window
•Shift+right-click the taskbar icon for Bizagi Modeller
•Choose the ‘move’ option
•The cursor should have changed to a ‘move’ icon and you can now move the window into view using the arrow keys.
The steps for this action may differ with other versions of Windows.
Please let us know if this has resolved your problem, we look forward to your response.

Hello Thomas, sorry for the delay. Are you still having that problem?
I have exactly the same issue, it seems that since you guys changed the plan structure, Bizagi Modeler has stopped working.
When I launch the app,
- I see the loading window
- For 1 second I see a bizagi window, which then disappears
- I then see the loading bar, but nothing happens
- Opening existing .bpm files does exactly the same thing
It's unusable right now...
