Cannot open Bizagi window

After I log in, the Bizagi box appears in the task bar as if the app window was minimized, and I can't open the window by clicking on the task bar. When I click the item in the taskbar, I see the movement in the screen as if a window was going to open, but simply doesn't.

I'm using windows 10 and version BizagiModelerSetup_3.3.2033

It had always worked fine before, and I tried reinstalling many times, but no way.
