Cannot log into Elearning

Hello,

I have just created a Bizagi account to try out the free self-paced courses.

However, I actually have not managed to log into the eLearning site, even after several attempts.

After the log in process, there is still written that I am not logged in and I cannot start any course.

I did not experience any problem with logging in to other Bizagi sites, ex. Bizagi Portal.

Could you help me with this situation?

We are sorry this is happening to you. Could you please try again and let us know if the issue persists? As this might have been a temporary issue with the logging in process. It it does, please let us know (if you also could share some screenshots of the process and the issue you are experiencing, we would appreciate it) and confirm to us if it is still only the e-learning platform you cannot log in to.

the issue still persists.

I confirm that it is still an issue of the e-learning platform, as I can log into the Bizagi Portal.

I confirm that I have been trying to access the e-Learning from the URL you provided the whole time.

However, it seems that you have somehow solved the problem, as I have been able to log in since yesterday.

If the issue occurs again, I will contact you here.

Hi

I am unable to login to elearning.

After few test after log it still showing I am not log in.

Dear Peter,

Please try the following and let us know if it works for you:

If the issue is that when trying to access a course in the e-learning platform it redirects you to the edit profile view, click the log out button in the upper right corner of that view. Then, go directly to the e-learning platform (http://elearning.bizagi.com/my/) and confirm that you are logged out (if not, log out there too). Once you are logged out, try logging back in in the e-learning platform using your credentials.

This should reset any data inconsistency within the system that is causing the redirection.

If that still doesn't work, consider deleting your browser's cookies and navigation history. And if the issue persists after that, please let us know to escalate the issue to the corresponding team.

HI

I have same trouble.

I am logged in.

Next I choose:

Training Central

Go to training

And I landing on site https://elearning.bizagi.com/my/ NOT LOGGED IN.

When I choose LOG IN:

I arriving to site: https://users.bizagi.com/profile

Next I choose: link: Bizagi services

https://users.bizagi.com/profile#:~:text=Edit%20profile-,Bizagi%20services,-Bizagi%20services

And again I choose:

Training Central

Go to training

And circle is closed. I am inside loop.

Please help me.
