Cannot add user to subscription
Hi
When I try to add a collegue to our workgrup subscription, I get the message "It's not possible to add users that are already members of another Modeler subscription." Why? I the user jolb@vd.dk is part of any other subscription, could you delete him from this - or is there another way to solve the problem?

Thanks for the reply. I tried to create a support ticket, but I cannot access your support site. If I try to enter your support system is saying, that I don't have acces right
and when I log in, I don't have access to the support system
. Am I doing something wrong or what??

Hi Per,
In that case you would need to learn who in your company has the administration of the subscription as he might be the one with access to the Support Site.
