Can not open a BPMC-Model

Hello Supporters,

when i double click a BPMC-File, i get the answer

Fehler beim Laden von Model. Ursache: Wird bereits verwendet.

This model is currently not opened by another user.

sometimes my eys are closed...


My bizagi don't open completely, I can see the window is open, but i can't start to use the page.

According to the screenshots that you attached, it seems to be a visualization issue with Windows and not with Bizagi Modeler. Nevertheless, we recommend the following options to attack this problem:

1. Remove and install again the Bizagi Modeler application.

2. Change your screen resolution.

3. Switch between Tablet mode and normal mode and verify if this behavior changes.

4. Go to configurations>>Personalization and verify if your screen is locked someway.

How about the error message below?

Error loading Model:

Access to the path 'C:\Users\......' is denied


I already uninstalled and installed BPM and nothing happened. I re-started the machine and it always happens the same as Ana Beatriz Almeida. Anything with the Portuguese version. It looks like it's the graphical framework. Some change from version 3.0.0+?

I am sorry that you are having this issue. There is a possibility that the application window is being rendered off screen and simply needs to be recentred or moved back to the main monitor screen.

Can you please try the following?

For Windows 10

•Open a BPM file with Bizagi Modeller

•Check that the window is there by using ALT+Tab to activate the window

•Shift+right-click the taskbar icon for Bizagi Modeller

•Choose the ‘move’ option

•The cursor should have changed to a ‘move’ icon and you can now move the window into view using the arrow keys.

The steps for this action may differ with other versions of Windows.
