Calendar problem

Hi,

We are having problems using calendars in our simulation.

We have a certain resource that only works 4 hours a week in this process. So we've defined a calendar for it. But when we run the simulation, the activity of this role didn't complete any instance. If we assign this resource to the regular calendar (monday-friday, 8 hours a day), the activity complete several instances.

We've created a simple process to demonstrate this problem. Please see file attached.

If you run this simulation, you'll notice that "task1" complete several instances (resource is assigned to regular calendar) and "task" 2 didn't complete any instances (resource is assigned to 4 hours/week calendar).

What seems to be the problem?

Dear Inovação iProcess,

We were analyzing your diagram, and we can see that the task 2, the resource only works 1 day (wednesday). If you type 1 in WorkingDays, the result will work.

Juan,

I knew that typing 1 in workingDays, the simulation would work for task2.

But that is not a solution in this case: the resource of task 2 ONLY work 1 day a week, 4 hours on wednesday. That's the correct and intended scenario, it was not a mistake.

Having that said, why "task2" is not completing any instances if the resource of this task is assigned to the reduced wednesday calendar? It seems like a bug.

Thanks

Dear Inovação,

In order to solve this problem, you need to delete zeros (0) from your resources. The number 0 superimposes the number 1. I will show through screenshots the problem and the solution:
