BPMN Element ID - #dialog (at url)
Is there a way to look from what diagram an BPMN element id is from?
Im tracking via google analytics the clicks from URL hash marks of the web export of bizagi.
Since it tracks #dialog/elemet, when someone clicks into an bpmn element of a process, it lists the amount and order of elements clicked and other important informations like time spent with the element open (so i can see if people are actually reading their descriptions, texts, photos, videos...). The problem is that i dont know from what process that big number is from. If i copy the url of the diagram it loads at browser, but doesnt load the page useing copy+paste the url with #dialog/element. Is there a way to discover from which diagram an element id is from?
Dear Joao,
If you want to access a specific Diagram form an external location using a Hyperlink to open a process directly, instead of opening the Home page, open the desired process and copy the entire URL. This URL can be used as hyperlink and the process will be opened directly.

That URL has #diagram, it works fine for me.
My problem are the URL of "descriptions" of the elements, the modals that apear when you click into an element. I dont know from which element the user clicked viewing the URL. Is there a way to discover?
If i copy paste the above URL it loads.
The above URL is not followable. I clicked into the first task, the description apears. But since i use GTM and Google analytics, i can only see the URL, so when i copy paste it doesnt load. Is there any way to find from which element click that opens which URL of #diagram/element and vice versa?
Dear Joao,
We were analysing it with our product team and it is not possible. The only one is #diagram
