Bizagi wont start - Error in libdef.dll

We can longer start Bizagi modeler, it crashed immediately and created 2 event viewer logs..

We have tried on several machines, with both an older version, 3.8.0.206 and also with the latest version, the results are the same

It appears as though a windows update or similar must have broken LIBDEF.DLL usage. We are running on French Language machines..
