Bizagi v3.9 does not allow me to save my models locally

Dear Bizagi Support,

My current Modeler version is 3.9.0.15 and I am trying to save a local copy of my cloud models.

The problem is that each time browse and then select a model to open it, then Bizagi modeler is stuck. A small modal empty dialog opened and nothing else....

On top of that I did not receive any informative email warning me that cloud storage is retired. That is really not professional at all from a company like yours. As per today all my models are lost and you did not provide so far any professional solutions!

I am really considering changing software and choose one which is reliable.

Can you please give me instructions or alternative to download my models?
