Bizagi v3.9 does not allow me to save my models locally

Dear Bizagi Support,

Please note that I am absolutely disappointed by Bizagi decision to remove cloud storage. I have few models stored in the cloud and I did not receive any emails warning me that the cloud storage will be stopped.

Then now I can't download locally my models! I was continuing to use Bizagi modeler despite it is quite slow but now I am really considering changing software.

Bizagi is not professional at all and just answer saying that we could loose our models, this is really a lack of considerations for their customers.

Can you please make sure all of your customers can download their models?
