Bizagi Professional Certification Payment done and no update

Hello,

I have done the payment last week for the Bizagi Professional Certification. But didnot get any update regarding it until now.

Also, the Email mentioned in the payment section (sales@bizagi.com) for issues related to payments, dosent work.

Can you please help me resolve this pament issue?
