Bizagi modeller window opening off the screen

Hi All

I am having a problem with the Bizagi window opening off the screen so I cannot get to it. I have tried the ALT+TAB so I can see the window is there, but it is not on my screen. Any ideas? It doesn't matter what I open it is always the same issue,

That is a bit difficult as the Bizagi window is not visible on the screen. Using the Move option on the right click menu, means I can move it to the screen,

I am also having the same problem. The link above is no longer available.

The screenshots I have dont show much.

Basically the app shows as opening, then the model screen flashes on the screen and disappears.

In the Toolbar I can see that there is a New Model open but it does not display on the screen.
