Bizagi Modeler will no longer opn files

Since a recent windowe update on my computer, it is no longer possible to open my Bizago Modeler drawings.

I have tried to uninstall, re-install it.. . both in English and French.. (whatever I could try, i did!)

To no avail.

When I double click a saved bizagi drawing to open it, a blank Bizagi window pops open just about 1 second.. and closes...

When I click the Bizagi icon on the task bar, (check the pic..attached ) The bizagi doesn't open..

Same issue if I try to create a new drawing.
