Bizagi Modeler V4.0.0014 won't start

Hello,

I am having problem with one user computer and your software. The problem is that no matter what kind of version I installed on this computer from official website it still won't opening and showing me two same events (EVT ID:1000 and EVT ID 1026).

Computer is using windows 10 operating system 22H2 build version the same computer from same company is working just fine with "Bizagi" program so for now I run out of possibilities.

For now I already try, upgrade NET framework version, downgrade and upgrade build version, reinstalled "Bizagi" version from new one to the old one and opposite.
