Bizagi Modeler V4.0.0014 won't start

Eu também estou com o mesmo problema. Após atualizar o Bizagi para a versão 4.0 ele não abre mais. Eu já desinstalei, já instalei a versão 3.9 e continua não abrindo. Eu utilizo um MacBook Pro com Chip M1 (Arquitetura ARM) e utilizo o Bizagi virtualizando o windows!! Sempre utilizei o Bizagi desta forma, mas após atualizar para a versão 4.0 não abre de jeito nenhum!!

First of all, thank you very much for your attention. Today I tried to open Bizagi and it still won't open. I uninstalled it again and installed versions 4.0.0014 and 3.9.0.208 and both versions are not opening either. Can you help me with this situation?

I would've liked someone from the Technical Support to help us but I guess they are too busy. Regardless thank you for the concern. We have decided to use another modeler till we can get this issue resolved.

Bom dia,

Estou tendo problemas na execução do Bizagi Modeler. O programa não inicia. Instalei e desinstalei e novamente instalei as versões 4.0.0014 e 3.9.0.208 e as duas versões também não abrem. Como posso resolver? As especificações do PC atendem aos requisitos do programa para instalação.

The Bizagi versions 3.9 and 3.4 only runs on Win10 2004. The Windows 10 21H1 don't load the program properly, only if the user is administrator account.

What's the workaround for this issue?

I update Bizagi Modeler from the 3.9 to the 4.0 and it won't start as usual.

I was using it without problem till now.

After clicking on X (because of loading) I also get this message:

,,Error loading Model:

Timeout error ocurred loading the page.,,

After clicking on OK, Bizagi Modeler just quit.

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 4500U with Radeon Graphics 2.38 GHz

Installed RAM 16.00 GB (15.4 GB usable)

Windows 10 Enterprise N

System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Bizagi Modeler version: English

I'm facing the same issue. I unistalled the version 4.0.0014 and install the version 3.9 but nothing change.

When i do a double click nothing happens.

My computer is a Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7600U CPU @ 2.80GHz 2.90 GHz, 16,0 GB RAM and Windows 10 Pro.

Can't start bizagi, even after Logging in. Just displays a message informing that I don't have any process in the files.

If I try to use without logging in, the app closes.
