Not a Problem
Bizagi Modeler is trying to connect to the cloud but it was unable to process this request.
Bizagi Modeler cannot connect to cloud servers and my login is not possible. Why this is happening?
The message below appears on the screen:
"Bizagi Modeler is trying to connect to the cloud but it was unable to process this request. Try again in a few minutes. "
Thank you for letting us know your questions. If you have a paid Enterprise with us and this issue is happening, please contact the administrator of your company's account with Bizagi and ask them to create a support ticket to have this issue solved more effectively.
If you used to have a Workgroup or Professional license with us, these were terminated and transitioned to the free use of the Bizagi Modeler, so the cloud services and storage will not be available anymore.
However, if you had a paid license and it is still active, please downgrade to the 3.9, see if your cloud models are still available, and download them to local storage.
