Bizagi Modeler Download not Functional

I have received several complaints today from our UPS user community of Bizagi Modeler that the download site: https://portal.bizagi.com/en/bizagi-modeler-download is not resulting in a functional download. This has been experienced both in Chrome and MS Edge browsers.

Found a work around in the following link https://model.bizagi.com/download that allows our users to login and download the latest Bizagi version without issue. However, the conventional user experience via registration and automated download of the .exe file is not functional in either GChrome or MSEdge browsers.
