have downloaded and had a look at, here is my feedback:

We think in 4 levels in the Portal: Requirements Bizagi Portal

- 1) Process documentation “As-Is”

(including ISO description and documents). Must have Yes

- 2) Publishing and collaboration on a portal Must have No

In the portal we want to have different views (Q-ISO/View, …, all processes)

Roles / Participants in a database, Assignment matrix, System Matrix ……..

- 3) Process improvements “To-Be Processes” should have ??

- 4) Processes triggered by workflow nice to have ??

If you need more info, I am happy to provide this

(as I said – Bizagi is a great tool, but we want to roll it out to a wider group of people, and therefore we need a solution for 2 ideally for 3 too)
