Bizagi Could - Personal | Not Working

I've been saving my models in Bizagi Cloud, but now I am unable to open them. It just hangs in the middle of a loading pop-up.

I have already tried to open the file with a new installation in another computer, so this is problably a server error, or maybe something with my acccount.

Could someone please help me?

Thank you for letting us know. We are sorry you are experiencing some issues. Could you please clarify to us if this is still happening to you? If it was a server error, it would have been a more general issue reported by other users, and it might have happened because of a glitch in the internet connection, maybe?

If this is still happening, please let us know so that we may look further into other possible reasons that have caused this and try to help you solve it.

I am having the same problem - I have been successfully managing my models in the cloud up until Wednesday this week (April 6th) I tried to open my model from my desktop and from the cloud portal and it just says loading and eventually comes back with a 500 server error... I need this sorted quickly my models are not accessible and I have deadlines to meet with clients.

I have the same problem as Natalia Cunha. the application tries to open the model that is recorded cloud.

first the progress bar is parked at 10% (progress bar.png), it takes some time and then an internal server error occurs (internal server.png error)
