Auto Adjust Object to Text size

Thank you for your interest in Bizagi.

Texts labeled for events, gateways, sub-processes, and connectors are automatically adjusted to their content.

In the latter ones, you may use the "Fit to text" option to re-adjust the text-box so it shrinks to exactly fit the content.

With tasks, indeed there is no current option for auto-adjustment.

This is an interesting improvement idea for a future release.

I have to agree, having the ability to auto-adjust the size of the tasks / activities / subprocesses to all be one uniform size would be an awesome feature to have. I think it would improve the overall look of the diagrams, and in some cases make the diagrams easier to read. It would also probably fix the issue of Text wrting on top of the different symbols for things like User Task, Service Task, Script Task and so on.

We have the experience that sometimes valuable information is missing in our process model because the text entered is not visible. It would be a good feature to have the possibillity to select "auto adjust to text" for tasks. (something like aline to grid). In that case you can choose if the information in the text box is superior to the overall look of the diagramm or if you prefer to work with the standard size of a task(field).

We would appreciate it if this feature could be built in in a future release.
