APICS / SCOR 11 Process Framework

I am looking for a process mgmt. product that utilizes the Apics SCOR 11 process framework to help process owners and participants utilize the benefits of SCOR 11, BPMN 2.0 and process mgmt. When I did a search, I found a company named Orbus and product named I-server but I didn't get the feeling that it was as user friendly or robust as Bizagi. I guess the real question is - can a tool like bizagi utilize a standard process framework to guide process owners and analysts with the level 4 and below processes specifically utilizing BPMN2.0 to model the company specific tasks.
