Alert process owner when sub-process is updated

When a sub-process is updated it would be good if BPO/authoris as well as persons with PACI-role in the "mother" diagram could get a notification (same as they would if the main process was updated).

If the main process is updated usually the authors/BPO is involved in revision so they would know about it, but in subprocesses it would not be as easy to see what other diagrams are using the sub-process and to inform these parties in an easy way.
