After reopening .biz files, swimlanes are in disorder

Whenever I open a .biz file, the diagrams appear altered. It's like the swimlane on top, goes to the bottom and the rest of swimlanes also move to the position originally above them. It's a big deal since activities also change of swimlane. A complete disaster.
