Account and License problem


I have two problems with my account.

1) Our company is not able to assign to my account the license we have bought. I get an error that my account is already using subscription, but that is not the case.

2) I cannot log into my account. I have created an account with my MS Login. When I try to log in, I receive an error that the password does not match. I have tried to reset the password with forgot password button. I'm able to reset the password, but I still cannot log in. Same error - wrong password.

So at this moment, I'm stuck in a situation when I do not have a license assigned, so I cannot request support direct support. I cannot log in, so technically I'm not even able to request help here. I'm using my private Bizagi account to post this message.
