And why can`t I request help from the servicedesk with my enterprise account.

It is most likely happening because of a connection error. If it is still happening please let us know.

If you have an enterprise license with us, you should be able to create a support ticket for further help with that (this link provides the step-by-step process to create a ticket: https://help.bizagi.com/bpm-suite/en/index.html?supportguide.htm). If you personally do not have that feature available in your account, please reach out to the license administrator within your company.
