3 major problems that results in not being able to save the file ...

Hi,

Apparently I encounter 3 problems & errors :
1. The start event doesn't have a outgoing sequence flow ... ?
2. I receive a message : "you have to use a gateway to join or split the stream. Both actions are not supported in the same gateway" ... ???
3. The connector is not jointed ... ?

What do I do wrong ?

Select the error description in the Diagram Validation add-on window in order to correct it.
